New Post, New Finds, & a New Special!

Hey Reader!

Greetings from very rainy Northwest Arkansas! I can't recall a summer where it has rained more since I moved here 6 years ago. I'm trying not to complain though, my plants are all very happy, including my zinnia bed.

Speaking of zinnias, if you are looking for a ridiculously easy cut flower to grow, zinnias will be your new best friend!! This whole bed is from 4 packs of seeds--they grow like crazy with very little effort! If you've never tried zinnia seeds, you totally should.

Now onto other things . . . I have a lot to share with you in this email!! So please bear withe me as we work through all the things I need to pass along 😊

First up, to my antique reseller friends . . .

There's a new post this week over on the blog. It's called 7 Reasons Why Antique Booths Fail, which I realize may sound a little harsh.

But here's the deal--we don't need to be afraid of failure. I've had two booths fail myself. It happens.

When a booth or business fails, asking why is what we need to do. It's a great opportunity to learn so we can make different choices the next go around.

This post covers common issues I see with booths, and offers quick ideas for how to get better.

July special for the Booth Sellers Bootcamp πŸŽ‰

I'm also running a special for the rest of July for anyone who joins the Booth Sellers Bootcamp. If you grab the course this month, you'll get access to my Business Budget Tracker for free.

I rarely ever put Bootcamp on sale or offer freebies with it, because I think it's totally worth the regular price.

But I know it's the dog days of summer, and sometimes we need a little extra motivation to get going. Plus, I LOVE the Budget Tracker and think using it will really help in learning to run your booth like a business.

You've got 13 days left to take advantage of the offer. If you have questions about the course, just reach out 😊

For my vintage decor shoppers . . .

I've been busy adding a lot of new items to the online shop! You'll find quite an assortment of new things:

Like vintage flatware, the last of my London finds, some quirky home decor, vintage jewelry, and the very last of my feed sacks (just 3 sets left!)

I also forgot to tell you about the new French junk journal and scrapbook supplies I found! These are authentic, real French ephemera pieces and they're gorgeous.

And the very last thing I want to let you know about is that I am continuing with my 20 for Tuesday live sale on Facebook next week.

I've been kind of on-and-off with them over the summer because of well, life! But I'll be back next Tuesday at 2 pm central with 20 fresh items.

Need a link to my Facebook page? Here you go.

If you've read this far, you deserve a prize! Here's some clapping emoji hands πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

Seriously though, I appreciate that you let me into your inbox. I hope something in this email was helpful or interesting to you, that's always my goal.

Have a great weekend and hope to see you Tuesday on the live!

Wow, what a week it's been! The weather turned cool, my kids' sports started, and I got an invitation to a Christmas party. Yes, you read that right . . . a Christmas Party. I promised to email you when they were ready, so here I am πŸ€— I've decided to dabble a bit more in the world of collectibles . . . I usually stick to just home...

We have a little old dog who will be 14 in about 2 months. For the past two days in a row, he has somehow managed to take a swim in our pool. I haven't actually seen it happen either time . . .he just shows up soaking wet at the back door with a trail of water behind him, leading straight to the pool steps. He's a great little dog, but he's never been a swimmer. So the first time it happened, I assumed he fell in. He likes to wander around the edge and sniff in the mulch. But the second time...
