For my First Time Booth Renting Friends . . .

Reader,

I can remember when I signed my first antique booth lease, now over 14 years ago. I didn't understand a lot of what it said, and wasn't sure what questions I needed to ask.

It was exciting but also a bit overwhelming, if I'm being honest.

I was just a mom of 3 little kids (well 2 kids and one of the way), trying to sell some fun stuff to make a little extra $$. A commercial lease was totally out of my realm of normal things I dealt with 😅

But signing that paper ended up being one of the best things I ever did!

Maybe you're there too? Thinking about getting started, but wondering just exactly what you may be signing yourself up for 🧐

If so, today's blog post is for you. I'm sharing 11 things to look for as you evaluate your first booth lease, so you can walk into your new business with clarity and confidence.

Help Managing your Inventory is Here

Whether you're just starting out or have been selling for awhile, getting a handle on managing your inventory is a must.

The better you can track your stuff, the better you can plan for profit and easy restocking.

I created the Inventory Quick-Start Guide to help just with that.

What's Inside this PDF Digital Guide?

  • A plan to stop procrastinating and finally get started, with minimal overwhelm
  • A system to track with pen and paper, if that's your thing
  • Guidance for online tracking options for the more tech-savvy
  • PLUS a custom-built tracking Google Sheet if you want the ultimate in information about your inventory

If you've struggled to get this area of your business under control or are new and want to start out with a plan of action, this guide + spreadsheet will be really helpful.
