Greetings from the UK!

Hey Reader!

As you're reading this email, I am out and about hunting down vintage treasures in London.

We've had an amazing trip so far! And if you want to follow along with me in real time, you can over on my Facebook page or Instagram feed (be sure to check out my stories), where I'm sharing lots of what's happening along the way.

Even though I'm away, I didn't want to leave you without a little inspiration in your inbox today πŸ€— So keep reading to see what's up . . .

For my furniture painters . . .

Green continues to be one of my top selling colors of Fusion Mineral Paint!

Everybody is loving green, and with so many shades to choose from, there's bound to be a green right for your project.

Over on the blog I'm sharing 30 green painted furniture makeovers (yes, thirty!) to help get you excited about this shade.

For my vintage reseller friends . . .

How has the start of spring been? February and January are typically slow selling months for me, perhaps they have been the same for you.

But as the spring season kicks in, sales usually start to pick up--yay!

If you feel like sales are in a slump, here are 4 simple things you can try to add a little jolt.

For my DIY and decorating friends . . .

I shared an Instagram reel not long ago about using vintage books as a secret decorating hack. Seriously, I love old books and have them all over my house.

A few ways you can use old books in your own decor:

πŸ‘‰ Stack them flat and use them as a riser to add height to another showcase item

πŸ‘‰ Fill a pretty basket with old books and set by your front door or fireplace

πŸ‘‰ Gather up books of the same color and change them up to fit the seasons on your shelves (red for Valentine's Day, pastels for Easter, red white and blue for the 4th, etc)

πŸ‘‰ For books that are falling apart, salvage pretty graphics or illustrations, frame, and re-use as custom wall art.

If you would like to start a collection of vintage books, keep an eye out at estate sales--that's where I find most of mine!

That's it for today! Thanks for being with me and see you next week when I'm back on our side of the pond :)
